納豆　過剰摂取の危険性

納豆っていっぱい食べたら、やっぱり良くないらしいや。

せやけど、過剰摂取のラインが書いてへんので、どれだけとれば過剰摂取なのか。

２パック１日ならやばいけど、２０パック以上とったら過剰摂取だよーとか言われても、ありえねー！って話だけだしｗｗｗ


記事の内容からして、女性ホルモンっぽい働きの成分から、骨粗鬆症（こつそしょうしょう）や更年期障害に効果があるらしいんや。

でも過剰摂取しちゃうとホルモンバランスを崩して、子宮内膜症やらなんやらの病気を招く危険性がるとか。

ちーとばかし前の話題で、環境ホルモン（擬似女性ホルモン）による男性の女性化とか精子がうすくなるって話（うろおぼえ）があったと思うで。

記事に書いてなかったんやけどアンタ、この納豆のイソフラボンの過剰摂取で、同様なことがおきないやろうか、ちーとばかし心配や。

記事には、「怪しい情報に振り回されへんことだ」って書いてあるんやが、根拠がなければ、この記事含めてどの情報も怪しすぎる気がしまんねん。

今回の教訓は、２ちゃんねる内の常識と同じように、根拠にもとづいて判断すること（つまり「ソースは？」って確認すること）が大切ってことやねｗ
