まあ、過去の暴行やら淫行やらがあったり、早稲田に入学して中退したりしてまっけど、どうなんでっしゃろ。

いえ、わいは上記は問題にしていまへん。むしろ期待が上回っていますわ。

宮崎県での選挙活動の中身は他の候補者より濃かったと聞きまんねん。
師匠のビートたけしのオフィス北野と契約を解消事実上の芸能界引退ちう背水の陣をしいて望んだ上に、宮崎県はそのまんま東の故郷でもあるんや。

長野県、田中知事みたいに腐った空気に新風を吹き込んで風通しのええ、日本の中でも目標とされるような県政を望みまんねん。

まあ、田中知事は守旧派（既存権益の受益者）集団に負けて途中で失速したんやし、一部わけのわかりまへんトコロがおましたが、一定の評価は受けるべきだと思うで。

さて、そのまんま東はん、これからエライでっしゃろが、守旧派に負けず頑張って欲しいや。

共通宛　宮崎県知事選で当選確実になりよった、そのまんま東はん。壇上で支持者から花束を贈られる＝２１日午後８時４８分、宮崎市の宮崎観光ホテル（山下香撮影）
　官製談合事件で逮捕された前知事の辞職に伴う宮崎県知事選と、任期満了に伴う山梨、愛媛両県知事選が２１日、投開票されたちうわけや。宮崎では無所属新人の元タレント、そのまんま東氏（４９）＝本名、東国原（ひがしこくばる）英夫＝が、元林野庁長官の川村秀三郎氏（５７）、元経済産業省課長の持永哲志氏（４６）＝自民、公明推薦＝ら４新人を抑え当選を確実にしたちうわけや。

　出直し選の宮崎では、談合防止と県政刷新が最大の争点となるなか、川村、持永両氏に分裂した保守２陣営に対し、東氏が抜群の知名度を武器に猛烈な追い上げをみせて、激戦を制したちうわけや。

　県町村会が推薦し、民主、社民両党と連合宮崎やらなんやらが支援した川村氏と、自民、公明両党が推した持永氏が保守票を食い合うとともに、選挙戦を通じて保守分裂の溝がさらに広がったことで、東氏に「漁夫の利」を与える格好となりよったちうわけや。

　３県知事選の投票率は、午後７時現在で愛媛が３５．３７％と前回を２．７３ポイント下回り、午後７時半現在で山梨は前回を７．１８ポイント下回る５５．２１％、宮崎は７．３５ポイント上回る６２．２６％。
