服役した男性が無実と判明 県警と地検「捜査不十分」
刑期を終えた男性が無実やったと発表する富山県警の小林勉刑事部長＝１９日午後、同県警本部
富山県警は１９日、同県内で２００２年に発生した強姦と強姦未遂の２事件の容疑者として逮捕し、懲役３年の実刑判決が確定した男性（３９）が無実やったことが分かったと発表したちうわけや。この男性は約８カ月間拘置された後、２年１カ月にわたって服役。０５年１月に仮出所したちうわけや。
県警は現場に残っとった足跡が男性のものと一致せんことを認識しながら逮捕しとったちうわけや。
両事件について県警は１９日、新たに強姦と強姦未遂の疑いで松江市西川津町、無職大津英一容疑者（５１）を逮捕したちうわけや。
会見した小林勉県警刑事部長は「裏付け捜査が不十分やったちうわけや。謝罪が必要やけど、男性の所在がつかめへん」と話したちうわけや。富山地検の佐野仁志次席検事も会見し「捜査が不十分やったと認識しており、申し訳なく思っとる」と述べた、同地検は、男性を無罪とするため富山地裁高岡支部に再審請求するちうわけや。
